L'Ecritoire Paris is an independent stationery with a single shop located 26 passage Molière in Paris. We are a small team of 2/3 people. We are not, and do not seek to become a robotic multinational.
L'Ecritoire Paris offers products mainly made by artisans, selected with love by us, packaged with care with our little hands, sent carefully with a stamp (yes it still exists!), and routed to your mailbox by factors ; because it is the enveloppe and the factor that make the mailbox vibrate!
However, we promise to do our best to ensure that orders from our website go out as quickly as possible. To know that orders placed during weekend (Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday) will be processed from the next Monday. 1. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
Any order of products on the website Lecritoireparis.com implies the unconditional acceptance of the customer to these Terms and Conditions. The majority of products offered by Lecritoireparis.com is available for sale. When ordering, Lecritoireparis.com informs the buyer of the availability of the products he wishes to acquire. Similarly, the products of lecritoireparis.com are mostly made by hand, and sometimes experience variations in color or shape.
3. Price
The price of the products offered by Lecritoireparis.com is expressed in Euros all taxes included excluding shipping costs. The price indicated in the confirmation of order is the final price, expressed all taxes included and including the handling, packing and transport costs. All orders, regardless of their origin, will be billed and payable in Euros. The products remain the property of L'Ecritoire until the payment of the price by the customer.
4. Payment
Payment for L'Ecritoire's products can be made either:
- directly online by credit card among the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard. The data entry of the credit card is done directly on the site, equipped with a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layers), one of the most reliable on the Internet, to scramble and encrypt the data.
- by telephone on + 33 (0) 1 42 78 01 18 by manual bank card payment during store opening hours.

5. Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address indicated when ordering. The delivery time includes the time of preparation of the parcel (estimate given on this site with shipping costs and deadlines) to which is added the time of routing. The posted times are only indicative, and do not constitute a deadline of rigor, and lecritoireparis.com will not be able to be held responsible in case of delay of delivery or out of stock at the manufacturer or the supplier.
Deliveries in France are made by LaPoste Colissimo. Deliveries in Europe and worldwide are made with LaPoste Colissimo. Possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
6. Return
The buyer can return to the stationery L'Ecritoire an article within 7 days of the receipt of his parcel (in its original packaging imperatively, by registered mail and with the corresponding invoice) at :

Shipping costs (shipping and return) remain the responsibility of the buyer. At the end of this period of 7 days, the delivered products will be deemed to comply with the order and accepted by the buyer.
7. Litigation
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Only the French Courts of Paris are competent in case of litigation.This contract is subject to French law. The absence of an amicable resolution of the cases of dispute between the parts implies the recourse to the competent French courts to settle the dispute.
8. Warranty
The quality of the products can not be questioned and the customer is the one and only responsible for the choice of the products. The items provided by Lecritoireparis.com are new and guaranteed against any default. Should an item be defective or non-compliant, L'Ecritoire agrees to exchange or refund it, provided that it is returned, by registered return receipt, in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice within 7 days of receipt of the package to:
