Handcrafted in Tuscany using methods dating back to the Renaissance, these watercolours are ground by hand and left to air dry. Made with acacia honey and gum arabic combined with pure pigments. Honey gives colours more shine and elasticity. Certified watercolours without cheap dyes or synthetic additives.
The painting workshop, present in Florence since Antiquity, has always been a point of reference for Florentine painters and artists. Zecchi took over the workshop in the 1950s and continues to traditionally use colours and materials based on the Book of Art by Cennino Cennini.
