Kaweco is often mistaken for a Japanese brand. However Kaweco was established in 1883 in Heidelberg, Germany! The Classic Sport pen model, launched in 1934, broke new ground in design with its unique octagonal body and pocket size. Today it is largely unchanged - measuring 10cm when capped and using a universal cartridge system.
The Sport solid brass fountain pen is a high quality writing instrument. Machined from a block of brass and polished by hand, this model will age gracefully by developing a unique and timeless patina. Its medium-sized (M) chrome-plated stainless steel nib glides over the paper, also thanks to the weight of the heavily weighted pen. A real pleasure to use every day!
