This model is composed of a square glass inkwell with a flap cap and placed on a nib support base. Both of them are decorated with Napoleonic symbols like the crown, laurel leaves, the imperial eagle and the N of the Emperor Napoleon.
The base can accommodate a dip pen, preventing it from rolling on the desk. The metal nib will be able to get stuck delicately in the small hole inside the support allowing to balance it vertically.
Molded from natural pewter in France, this inkwell is both durable and recyclable.
